RENTAL AGENT

Your tasks:

• Individual support to our ambitious national and international clients
• Comprehensive advice and customer servicing - in person, by telephone and in writing
• Rental of high quality and modern vehicles
• Coordination of logistics operations and claims management
• Administrative and complaint management

Your profile:

• You have a business or customer training
• You are a team player with a positive attitude
• You enjoy working with demanding customers
• You have good PC literacy knowledge
• You  have excellent English and Estonian spoken and written language skills, preferable good Russian language knowledge
• You are enthusiastic about cars and have a drivers license category B, experience at least 2 years
